EFT is a therapeutic approach that combines elements of traditional psychology and alternative medicine to address emotional and psychological issues.

Definition of EFT Therapy:
EFT, also known as "Tapping," is a mind-body technique that involves tapping on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on emotional issues. It's designed to alleviate emotional distress and promote healing.

How EFT Works:
EFT, which is based on the idea that unresolved emotional issues can lead to physical and psychological problems. EFT aims to release and re-frame these emotions by addressing the underlying energy disruptions in the body's meridian system.

The Tapping Process:
The individual uses their fingertips to gently tap on specific points on the face and body while repeating affirmations or statements related to their emotional issue. These points include the top of the head, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, under the chest, and the wrists.
