Linda Wilson started her journey with yoga close to twenty years ago. One hour of bliss a week to destress from all responsibilities. It became a passion over time which led to completing a 200+ hour Yoga Teacher Training with Inner Peace Yoga (Saskatoon) in summer of 2021 followed by Yoga4Backs training that fall.
Linda feels privileged to have taught Gentle Yoga and Vinyasa since receiving her certificate and she feels honoured when she is the substitute teacher for a Seniors’ Yoga group. She continues to teach Gentle, +55 Yoga and Yin Yang classes in her community. Linda believes Yoga is for everybody and every body.
